My workshops grew out of The Naked Man Project—a year-long commitment to drawing naked men as a way of dissolving shame and reclaiming my right to look, to ask, and to want. Through that work, I discovered that when women are given a clear, consensual space to look, draw, and direct, something fundamental shifts: shame loosens, agency returns, and asking becomes the fast path to power!  These workshops recreate that permissioned drawing space as a place to practise consent, power, and choice. Through life drawing, shared reflection, learn how to ask for what you want, feel your yes and no, and dismantle the quiet shame that so often surrounds expressing desires and asking for what you truly want.
