Originals - Paintings will be shipped with professional international art handlers please allow 3 business for me to sign and prepare it for safe shipping.
Original oil paintings on canvas, are packed into a custom made box, and wrapped in heavy duty plastic. These are then ready to be collected by art handlers.
Original Watercolours on Paper (unframed) will be rolled in protective tissue and sent in a heavy duty, postal tube, with professional art handlers.
Unframed prints - please allow 5-7 days for shipping as your print is hand made to order. Unframed prints, are rolled in protective tissue and sent in heavy duty tubes, and sent tracked, signed and insured.
Once your order has been given processed, I will send you a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. All shipping will be tracked, and need to signed for.

While it is extremely unlikely that you would want to return an original, my wish is for you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren't happy, then you are welcome to return it (and cover return postage costs) and I will give you a full refund providing it is returned in the same packaging safely and returned with tracking and insurance. I make this offer for 30 days from your receipt of the painting. You have 30 days to contact me, to arrange to ship the work back to me. Please contact me by email with any queries.
In the unlikely event that the painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, and photograph the damage.

Prints are made to order and cannot be returned. However in the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the damage and contact me by email, and I will arrange a replacement.
I work with dedicated Fine art printers, using the finest quality production and papers. Prints are printed on Hahnemühle photorag paper which is absolutely beautiful.
